Agree with scion, right now it's a bit bland.
Specifically, the contrast of the horns do not match the scene with the frog. You need to increase the contrast on those, maybe even reduce the brightness a tiny bit as well. Also, the teeth are sharper on the edges than the edges of the frog in the frog image, so they don't really blend in. I would recommend taking the blur tool, choose a small brush, smaller than the width of the teeth, set the pressure to about 5-10% and brush over the edges of the teeth to make the edges just the tiniest bit fuzzier. That way, you maintain the quality and detail of the inner parts of the teeth, but make the edges match the edge crispness of the frog image.

just one thing about the horns, one horn seem to be in front of the other.... i don't know if thats intentional but to me it seems like they should be in the same line.....
