Anyone remember the old Dick Clark show "TV's Bloopers & Practical Jokes"? For those that don't know a "blooper" is a mistake, miscue or mishap that gets caught on film (usually to an actor or news crew).

Anyway I thought it'd be fun to have a thread for website bloopers and practical jokes. Funny ads in the context of the page, scripting errors that cause inadvertent humor, parody sites, etc. Google's April Fools Day pages are great examples of pranks.

I thought I'd start of with a PSC blooper. Do you see five images for voting? 'Cuz I only see four.

All of the images are one big blooper.
Can we lose the celebrities and chop animals or something on Wednesdays?
