Probably the "magnetic lasso tool", because it is just not very accurate. Also the I don't use the "slice tool" because I am really not sure what it does to be honest.

It slices...it dices...it's mainly used for web graphics...

Do channels count as a tool? I don't use them [yet] as I don't know how. Although I did discover, by accident, that I could use a channel as a saved selection. That was kinda cool. Now I gotta remember how I did that.

I have to agree with you on both of those

same here and the one I have never used is the notes and audio tool. Actually just opened it right now for probably the first time...hahaha and just for the record I didn't use it so my "never used" still stands.
