Hey guys and gals,
Looking for some help here ....im trying to put together a presentation and it will include a ton of images. My question is does anyone know of a software program out there that will allow me to mass download images that are linked to thumbnails?

So basically I'm looking at a web page w say 20 thumbnails on it .....representing the 20 images i want.....instead of having to open each and every thumbnail link to get full sized image i wanna (if possible) download all images linked to said page!!....

Am I grasping at straws????

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

This is enough to make one CRAZY.......Bwahahahaaha

Thanks in advance

Firefox has several plugins that will mass download images but not from a link. Firefox will 'prefetch' links making browse time shorter. Seems like opera was really good about handling pictures...

Look up utilities for "off-line browsing". Basically they save a entire website to your local drive so that you can look through it while not connected to the Intarweb.

You could save the site to your drive and then simply pull the images out of the created folder and discard the rest [of the site].

Do you use Firefox? If so then there are extensions that let you do that.

The biggest problem I've seen with offline browsers is that you have to specify how "deep" to follow the links. So if you're trying to grab the images and they're actually linked from other sites then you have to tell the software how far to follow links. If you set it too high you fill your disk with a chunk of the Internet itself.
