hi there me again. i cant get my gif to resize to the required file size of 125kb i can get it to the correct dimensions but it then inlarges the file size its only 5 frames at no delay and when i go to optimize it makes it bigger too here it is i hope...in the origonal size... any ideas or what am i doing wrong the original size 254kb and is 320 by 240 pix.

in the optimization settings, use these:

Lossy 11
Selective
Colors 62
Diffusion
Dither 79%

That makes it 123.6K

thankyou i had to adjust it but that was exactly what i wanted to learn.
