i wondered...is ther any way to save all the settings used at a moment, a configuration?? for instance to get such tool activated,such places for windows, such size of brush used...;to get back when required (my purpose is to pass from a mode "classical PS" to a more "arty" way, then i could switch and would be a gain of time.

Have you tried creating an action?

try save 'workspace' ... [window] in menu

almost like what gran said,
windows > workspace > save workspace,
