Hey Guys,
I want to upgrade but the paypal is in Spanish and United States is not in the drop down menu. Am I missing something? Help.

The default choice I see is France
Pick up États-Unis d'Amérique (or Estados Unidos if it's in Spanish) from the country drop down menu.
Then from the top-right corner change the language to U.S. English
