Somewhere in the forums the other day was a pic of a guy made entirely of vegetables. Mainly capsicums (peppers). I looked for it, but can't find the thread.
Anyway, I thought it was quite interesting and showed my wife. She said it reminded her of a 16th century artist named Arcimboldo, who made portraits from fruit and books and things.
We had the name wrong the other night and couldn't really find anything. So tonight she came home with the correct spelling of his name and this is what we found...

Just thought it was interesting is all.
Anyway, nothin' to see here, keep moving.

I fell in love with that 4 seasons series at the Louvre! It's rather amazing he's so obscure, isn't it?

Thanks for sharing these images. Very interesting stuff. I never heard of the guy. No big shocker there, I guess.

This modern digital old style work works well I think, This one here I had to think of, when the movie poster came up in the Advantage chat today or yesterday, the one black and white, face like image.
