in some countries girls get to ask the boys to marry them, on feb 29.

But, what would be much nicer is that people who have their birthday on feb 29 are actually having a real birthday celebration this year..... Happy Birthday, 29'ers

My dad was born on Leap Year, 1932. He'd have had his 19th birthday this year.
(He passed away 11 years ago. )

I love the happy memories that Leap Year brings.

I have a daughter who is 12 today March 1st.....we could have had her on Feb.29..but the lazy doctor prolly had to get to the countryclub for tee time???? and suggested we wait til the next morning .....so she missed it by a day.....also have a 10 y.o. son who would have been born on my grandfathers b-day Sept.23....but again a day late, born the 24th..(C-section)...but dispite my best effort......they have both became wonderful, smart kids.....Down right expensive too.....you know... kids will eat 3 times a day....If ya let 'em.
