Teri Shoots Food has a cool interface for seeing the "before and after" for post-production work on high-end food shots.
When you go to the site click on any thumbnail and you'll go to the embiggened version. "Swiping" left goes to the original shot and swiping to the right shows the end result. The neat thing is that you can stop anywhere along the left-to-right (or vice versa) and see how the image changes via the overlay and transparency effects as the images transition.
This is a great way to see what kinds of detail work goes into a photo-realistic chop (and what's possible in image manipulation).
Oh and clicking to the sides brings up the next/previous photo in the slideshow. Simple interface.
