This is totally off topic but anyone that has any knowledge of real estate & taxes here in the states I'd love to pick your brain !!!!!
I have a very expensive question for ya !!!!Ahhhhh HELP!!!!!

Ah, taxes. AND death.

I'm glad there is SOME predictable solidity in my life.

(just finished paying my 2007 taxes. got an accountant this year. he says I gotta talk about pictures when I have dinner with people so I can get back 5 or 6 dollars for a meal write-off. food and photoshop - ewwww! Razz )

What's the question? I work in real estate doing the closings for all types of RE deals and I do the end of the year tax forms for these deals Smile
