This happens all the time to me, people use acronyms that for the life of me I can't figure out.

I see this a lot on comments, and don't understand it's meaning.

What is "..." as a comment?

I am an editor for an online newsletter, and to me, it just means etc. But the context for that would be all off in these cases.

Anyhow, let me know!

It means the voter did not leave any comments when placing his/her vote.
The "..." is automatic when the comment box is left blank.

Means your chop is good enough for a vote but not for a comment. Surprised

... means that words simply cannot express the joy I feel after observing the chop that I voted on.

"..." is morse code

It stands for "You suck at photoshop"!!

(actually...three dots in morse code stands for the letter "s"
