Please advise because I think I must be doing something v wrong as I can't get my gif to upload for a contest, and I'm shrinking and shrinking the image size and re-saving to gif to no avail.

The original psd is 1280 x 960. There are only two frames (which alternate on a loop) so it's not complicated as far as gifs go...

How can I create a version of this within the size limitations?! I've posted a gif before so a bit confused...

remember gifs have to be Less than 550px wide by 450px high

Min 500w x 350h, max 550w x 450h. Both landscape format. Under 512kb if 'advantaged'
