Thanks to all! Any advice to make him look more like he's there? It still looks so cut and paste to me.

Now I am no expert by any means, but have you tried to make the layer of the baby JGG overlayed? Could help - then duplicate the layer again over it in normal mode then lower the opacity. Just an idea worth a shot.
