grefix- i added it. to me it gave hidden depth to the picture, and wasnt too obvious to be strange. cheree believe me, if you saw the psd, you'd be surprised. i have about 30 different shadow layers in it. the only place i can see what your saying is

on the cross itself, but i did try to adjust the shadows on it, and before i knew it it looked fake. :S
