shadows get me everytime as well. copy, distort, overlay with black, opacity reduced works pretty good for me. in stead of blending options

Nice. I can live with the shadows, but TheShaman is correct. The devil is in the details.
I will admit I probably would not have thought of the differences in shadows based on the harsh light myself. (But I did learn something.)

yeah I suppose Granulated has a point.. the shadows seem opposite from reality... in otherwords, the ones in the bright light should have deeper shadows than the ones that are on the far left there. Still though cool!
