two layers, distort, gausian blur one opacity darker than the other, hope that helps. Giant vote

match the direction of the farmer's shadow with the rooster's. And all the shadows should be longer - use the shadow line on the barn as a reference

Shadow Help: gaussian blur then set the layer opasity lower so you can see the details of whats under it. you may want to put the farmers leg shadow under him too lol

2 shadows comming from 2 different suns ??

light coming from left, v slightly behind viewer. so shadows should extend to the right and v slightly away from viewer. shadows' feet should be in same place as casters' feet. shadow shape is v difficult with a light source only just behind viewer :s

shadows are going in two different directions. I like the rooster one for position but the ma is off. None by HIS left foot. Also blur them a little so the edge isn't so harsh. overall good effort though
