A little noisy for my 'taste'. They don't look like cookies with how much noise is there... maybe try another layer on top with it blurred out and set to overlay or something?

What Shaman said...sugar is a tad too...defined (?)...a little too shiny... Do another layer overlay with a little bit of gaussian blur...

first make a new layer Gaussian blur it then set that layers opacity to about 30% and see what happens
