ok heres what I see Susan... A) your tires need to be sharper, try the pen too when cutting out your image. also, the light you have going is in the back right in the middle. should be to the right and off screen almost.

if you're gonna do a background such as this, you may want to consider a reflection so that the car doesn't seem to float in the air... unless its a floating rocket car or summik ;) good luck!
