try adding some noise to it... plus dirt normally would be a brownish or blackish color... GO FILTER>NOISE>ADD NOISE... Id say 15 - 30 percent depending... good luck.

after that, maybe some blur just to soften. or add a duplicate layer and blur that with the opacity lowered or the level set to screen.
