I'm unclear. Are you the artist? About any source could be transformed into a full-out painting with enough time and energy. I'd incorporate a more obvious association to the original source. Unless I'm blind as a bat.

source is in the walls (red glass warped, and textured), in Mary's hands(leaf from garden) , in the stones on the ground ( clear glass), in the grass (green glass about 12 layers for this alone), in the well (blue glass), in the crown on mary's head.
