Really nice work on aging the building. For the background though, I think a more grey sky would be better. Also you can see tree tops which throws off the perspective.

Great, the only thing i would do is remove the trees in the background cause youre probly looking up towards the sky so the trees wouldnt be visible, unless the building is half lying on the ground
