The marque appears to be on the roof of the building next to it. There's no street there, and the marque should be in some shadow.

JC, theres no building next to the Penn, if you mean in front of it, well its behind that building, and you should take note of where the rest of the pictures shadow lay, the marquees shadow is behind that building and there is a street there, rookie.
