If the shark just came out of the water, there would be water splashed onto the side of the pool, and I boubt if that dog be sitting there like that. But great idea.

Its only just started to jump out. The scene is meant to be set like half a second after the shark broke from the water. The water wouldnt have reached the side of the pool yet and the dog wouldnt have reacted in time. So there! I fixed complaints LOL.
