this was sad news, I watched him as a child since he began on childrens TV over 20 years ago in UK, a sad series of events starting with his fiance's death caused him to decide to take his own life, very sad indeed. And a nice tribute anna.

I am glad the ITV did not sensationalise the news. I heard from young people on DeviantArt that there have been some very rude publications in the past week. Nobody deserves that.
