All I did was use 'layer comps' for snapshots. Then opened the 'Animation' box (under Window on Mac, CS3). From this box's menu I chose Frame Animation, then assigned each comp layer to a frame...then tweaked timings & 'saved for web&devices' as a gif :o)

Hey Matrex! - first one I've done...! I don't think it needs to be longer? The size is cos initially too big, so reduced the image size and that's just what it ended as :o)
