You should not be able to see the opening in the top of the bottle. Look at the angle of the top of the doorway. The top of the bottle should be more like that. Reflection is too sharp and too strong. The shadow just looks like a burn mark on the table.

we good open a forum about perspective about this one, because it is very tuff, you have the background the table and the little difference in hight between the two necks of the vase, so the trick good be to perspective the table a bit lower at the end

I played on your chop too! I made some small adjustments. I reduced a bit the perspective on top right side, used softly the ReyRey's reflection, blur & less visible original reflection, smaller shadow, and played with the light on some parts of bottle.
