i dunno if this answers your question...but i used brushes n stuff to form the entire thing..including the rising sun thing..and the rainbow

I'm sorry that you think ive lifted from anywhere.I wud just like to clarify that the sun rising concept with vectors n all in the center is pretty common. I just loved the idea and decided to recreate.

Also, I have a PSD of this with the layers intact, so you know that I havent lifted even a bit. If you would like me to upload it somewher, i can. I also have the source files (Brushes). if u dnt like my entry, its fine, but dnt say that ive lifted.
