The leaves look a little blurry, and it might help to put some shadowing beneath them. The coloring of the tree is good though. Good effort!

Nice concept, subtly done. Perhaps fewer, but sharply defined, leaves strategically placed on the knobbly bits? And if you want to really emphasise that it's spring, maybe highlight the shadows a bit...
