ok, here's a coulpe: the liquid should follow his body shape, not a straight line like now, the wings get out of his neck, should get out of his back, make the demon smaller and wings bigger so he doesnt look silly. the base idea is good

Agree with supak0ma, Now think if the liquid was page wide and had some reflections of the fire on the wings?? You have a great idea here and would be fun to see this one updated, even after the comp.
