I canoe a river that looks a lot like that. The shoe and animals look a bit bright (or maybe it's a saturation thing? I don't know). Also there's a halo on the back edge of the shoe.

Its not a halo, its a reflection off the heel of the shoe.

At this angle the reflections of the animals would not be visible Sean. I have a reflection of the portion of the shoe boat that would be visible.
