Thanks for the comment SC. I tried it and really had a hard time making the diamonds three high a from the outside, but to overlap the inside for welding. Can you help me out here?

@Jerry, NO! You are the man!!! I made four octagons shapes and changed the prospectives in each one to match each floor using the source points. The holes inside really need to move left, but liked how this looked to me so just left it. Thanks!
