for 30 minutes this is just fine. It's humorous which helps for votes. If you had more time you may have wanted to work on the "electricity". play w/diffuse glow for that so reflections are on the body. clone stamp unwanted artifacts like on the left..

...where you can see the white ??? thing. try to find the highest resolution image you can for godzilla. If you can't find the whole scene, use another and paste a hi-res of g-z in there, the one you have is a bit washed out compared to the fish.
