This is good, but there should be no white between object and reflection. A thin line of shadow would help.

Nice, but think about using gradient fade on reflection, an well as softening reflection. ; )

like where this is going... needs some more darkness/shadow right where the Rock meets the reflection. remember its sitting on a table or something. its not floating over a reflection ;)

Seems you updated the line issue, but the reflection looks squashed, vertically. It need to have more depth and more fading, but overall an excellent idea and good try.
