Nice idea. But the layout isn't realistic. Spacing and scale of the items to each other and the door are off. Light from lamp usually wouldn't blur the image so much, the light would effect the area around it but the lamp face would be clean. Suggestion

Its pretty clean, but Martex is right. Also, your knocker shadows are falling toward the light instead of away from it and the doorknob and lamp base are not throwing a shadow at all. Always be mindful of light direction and intensity.
