"that is classic!!! how did you do it? " Marquee what you want 'hot' and do a Layer Via Copy (CTRL J). Put a Spectrum Gradient Map over the hot object. Throw in a few Gaussian Blurs, a bit of hue changing and you're nearly done. You need to de
