A perspective nightmare for me. The idea was there, but in the end this is what I came up with. Five external sources plus the original image. Path was redone to give it a precious encrusted gemstone look to it. Anyway hope it looks okay overall |

Yes flipping them did help some, but also opened up other issues for me as well. I don't remember exactly what they were, but I'd had to have done a lot of revising things to get the insignias straight.

I think when I cloned out the chandelier my brush may have been off that overall caused the distortion. I'll have to be more careful on that next time.

When attempting a shift in perspective such as this, it can be more easily accomplished by cutting the larger object into pieces. It's easier to shift perspective (believably) with small bits than with large*!*
