Thanks Rangizzz, didn't notice it until I turned off a few top layers. Don't worry Designed :) can always vote for whichever one you like if any at all :) Perhaps this one will beat my first post. Comments and suggestions always a welcome.

@ Hagen After I isolated the skeleton on its own layer in PS I put the blend mode of it on Screen with opacity 100% and fill 100% also before doing that I gave him a small transparent glow using another layer and eraser tool with soft 50% edge.
