The light effect is excellent, but I think the police car is too small and low, but I am still voting for it.

love the cloud/nite work!!! its beautiful... perhaps to strong of a light coming from car on bridge? but the luminescence of the head lights on the road are perfect... another thought would be to pronounce the cops lights w/ a tad bit of flare
