Is there any way that the depth field of the image could have been changed to fit the slope of the ground? just to give it the same dimensions of the box,....

That's the thing that bothers me most about this one. The plane of the original road/rug doesn't match. I also wasn't sure how to create a plastic covering(the one I erased along with the actual toy inside the box)

I don't know if this would work but the first thing I would try would be to to fit a white box where the plastic should go, lower the opacity to just see the white. Then add a lense flare, and perspective enough to round over the plastic sheeting because

shit, the concept is great... what you could do is remove the upper cars and 'fold' the rug with the deform tool,... put some shadow in it, let some shadow fall on the figures... well next time,... ;)
