Good job, but its hard to tell if the shark is supposed to partially under the water or half out.

I agree. The transparency of the water, the lighting and the shadow were priorities as was the darkening of the Dorsal fin, but the top layer of the water should have been darkened and the shark could have been put on a diet, he's too fat.
