The bubbles are just spheres will the glass filter applied. Then you play with the opacity. I then realized how many I would need so I just did several and then most of the rest isjust a splash copied from another pic.

i just noticed the shadow... it's soooooo good! and so is the hair... and the bubbles are awsome... and the blur on the hand is great...ect... i think im falling in love with you.
