Thank you all of you.;-) Its pretty simple. Used the magic wand on the sky. Added one one external. The dark clouds. Then added one more external. The rain. Used overlay on the layer, over the whole source. And then the lady with the umbrella/parapluie,

....the third layer. Then saved a copy of the image. Then I opened the copy, duplicated and then I used acrylic paint filter, and then I tilted the layer to 50%. Finito!
