I cant tell if the blue part with the crane is the part from the original image or you meant to do that. If you didn't mean to do that then pls remove it with the eraser tool. Otherwise its perfect!!!

Most of the original is gone. And I agree with what Laxy said about the blue under the wing. Also right wing is cut off. But not a bad chop. Keep practicing and youll get more votes.

Try adjusting the selection tool tolerance. Or just cut it out by hand.

If the blue under the wing is from the original, the problem is that the bird and the water are too close in color. This will confuse the selection tool. Not so sure because i see the same blue just up the river. Hard to tell.
