good,only thing is globe is hanging in mid air,you could place it on a surface like dock or boat or something like that.

tilak does have a point ... also the snow in globe could be denser and more pronounced as well you could have it snowing and wintery in main image outside the globe,just an idea :)

Another thing that would help this is the filter Spherize under the distort drop down menu. That would add as much magnification distortion as you wish.
