Listen to the points Lux has made, as far as the island, I'd take it out, it interferes with the source as far as greenery goes, you can always make the tortoise larger.

example... land tortoises don't go in the water,the tortoise and source on its back are transparent and you can see the background through it,the waterline in front should be more defined so it looks like it's in front of tortoise and not inside it...

tortoise is poorly cut out,as well the source is not very well integrated into the tortoise shell,looks like it's just stuck on in front of it...also although minor is the island in the back,it seems as though you squished it down to fit it in better

Nice work, but should be no transparency for most of the source and turtle's neck, as this would be above the surface of the ocean, from the water line up.
