Removing the right camel alone is an ambitious clean up job. Removing the trash can is very difficult.

Rather than clone, try selecting patches of background into new layers. Move them over areas you wish to hide. Trim to fit. Clone judiciously to blend. Adjust brightness, saturation, etc. as needed.

Convincing cleanups are tough and tedious, but can be done. With practice. :)

Good points Ted, in a case like this I may have spent 15 minutes or so to look for a similar desert scene to integrate instead of all that cloning.
