@genesis2 this site doesnt allow "big" or "HD" pictures... ive tried for a bigger image but it is still blurry... while the exported file looks fine...

The upper pixel limits are 800x600 non-advantage member and 1260x960 advantage member. I export PS "save for web" images, seems to work well for me. Click the "help" tab top of page, and get most of the FAQ's answered.

as Splat said, 800x600, yours is 630x473. Work within the original source size, and then bring it down from there.
