Looks like OCCecid had the same idea as me and he beat me to it. :( I wasted too much time drawing and redrawing that stupid custard filling. :)

The custard it just a layer with yellow. Add inner bevel/emposs and a little drop shadow. You would hav beat me. The crumbs are great. Wish I could have posted mine full size. Crackel the frosting back just a little as well. BTW, I now know how hard
