I thought your mom was doing alright. Why the sad pic? Looks like world in tears. But I realy like the emotion in it.

The coin was almost half the size of gram and rather heavy, but he managed to carry it throught the tall grassy meadows till he reached his home. On his way he met his friend Jac. "Good day Gram, what do you have?" Jac said eying up the coin. " Well it's a present from the frog at the well. He says the well is littered with these things and he asked if I could take it away, so I did." Gram said taking a very long breath. "and what do you plan to do with the coin" Jac said with a curious tone. "I dunno? I think the Misses will find a use for it." Gram said, he felt rather silly now holding the round metal disc. "Well it sure is neat! I never saw anything like it! Do you think Frog would give me one?" Jac asked excitedly. Gram smiled and answered "Well sure! He doesn't like them one bit!" And before Gram could say another word, Jac was racing off to the well to get himself a shiny coin of his own. Gram shook his head and hurried off to his own home. He wondered why Jac was so excited about having a heavy round disc. He entered the door way under the old apple tree and rolled the coin down the long dirt hallway until he reached the sitting room. His wife Annabell who had been busy sewing up some socks dropped everything when she saw what he had. "Wow Gram, where on earth did you ever find such a lovely trinket?" Annabell peer at the shiney coin and saw her reflection stairing back at her. "Oh the frog gave it to me, infact I'd say I was doing him a favor for taking the thing off of him" Gram smiled proudly as he watched his wife admire the trinket. "Let us put it over the fireplace like our own personal looking glass! Won't it look pretty there Gram?" Anna smiled and ran over to make room on the mantle. "Sure, if we can lift it that high, I think it would be smashing." Gram rolled the coin over and together they placed it against the wall. IT picked up the dim candle lights of the house and made everything seem more sparkly. "wait till the neighbors see this!" Annabell exclaimed.
